How do you wean a dog off of puppy pads? The dog will not go outside and only goes on pads and she doesn't understand the concept of going outside. Any advice?

After I watched this video (to see what it was about) then I realized that I had done it with my dog when I was training her "Go deuce." Now that I adopted a new dog I started doing the same thing right before he does it. So hopefully he will get the hang of it. Good to know that your teaching what I have all been doing.
